Talking, talking, talking and talking then success

The key secret in any business to succeed is to get known by the target public. In MLM your target public is everybody and you tool to get known is talking, so keep talking.
One of the biggest mistakes people make when in MLM is to stop to talk about their business. You are in a business that everybody is able to succeed, and they will do it if they learn about it, and they will learn only if you tell them.
Get this right:

1.
Talk - So they know you are in business;
2.
Talk - So you know who is interested in your business;
3.
Talk - Because you will never have talked to too many people;
4.
Talk - So you can know who work with;
5.
Talk - So you can turn your talk in prospecting;
6.
Talk - So you can have fun.

As you see, you will need to talk and show that you are in business and want to help others to succeed in it too.
You should be proud of your business because you offer an opportunity to anyone who want take it to change his or her lives. You are here to help them. You should not be afraid of tell others about it. Remember, if they reject it they will reject the opportunity not you.
What you have in your hands mean ore than just financial freedom, it is a change of life, it will change the way you will see others and yourself, it will give a meaning for what you do and will make possible to you help others. You can do it and it worth the effort.

The 3 believes to succeed in Network Marketing

The work that you do in network marketing, and any other business, is based in 3 basic believes. You must have them to succeed. Is not a question of have one, or two, you have to have all 3 or you will not achieve your goals. You will not make your dreams become true. So, believe, and believe without a doubt.

All 3 need to be believed in the same intensity, with all your heart and all your energy. Your business depend on it and you your success too.

Lets take a look on these 3 essential believes that you must have to succeed:

1. Believe in the business. You have to believe that our business is the best business that anybody can be involved with. You have to believe that this is your business. You have to believe that this business is capable to take you where you want, to make your dreams come true; you must believe that the compensation plan in your business will generate the results that you are looking for;
2. Believe in the product. The company and the product that you have chosen to your business need to be the best that you, or anybody else, can have. The product is the heart of your business; it is what will make you happy and your friends and the friends of your friends. You must believe that you have shown them, and you, what is the best in the world. You have to believe that the support that the company is offering you is right and fair. You must believe that the managers of the company that you associate with are competent and that they can delivery what they promised;
3. Believe in yourself. This is the most important believe of all, but just this one will not make your business grow. When we say that you must believe in yourself we mean that you have to know what you can and what you cannot do. You have to be ready to confront yourself with your dreams and be sure that they will become true and you will be ready to live them. Believe in yourself is to know that doesn’t matter how many rejections you find you will keep going, because you know why you are doing this business. Believe in yourself is to be ready to sacrifice what you need to meet your goals and live your dreams. Believe in yourself is work hard, not just to achieve success but to help others, just like you, because you can do it, so can they. Believe that the only person who can stop you is yourself.

The order that these 3 believes come does not mean the importance they should have for you but the order they should happen to you. First you need to believe that the industry, or business, is the right one, then you must believe that the product that you are working with is the best you can have and, the icing on the cake, you need to believe that with these two and yourself this is the best business in the world and you will make it happen. That will happen because you believe.

They will reject, but you can gain with it...

During the process of building your MLM business rejections will come, but remember, they will reject the opportunity of a better life, not you.

When we were discussing what you would need to build your MLM from ground zero we said that you would need to know “what you want”, “why you want” and “when you want it”. One of the reasons these knowledge are important is because you will find rejection, and if you are not sure of what this business means to you, you will fail.

Another thing to do to overcome the rejection is to learn what, and why, they are.

Lets check 2 of them:

1. Rejection from family.

Since the first approach in this business is with the warm market, and the family is the warmest market that you can find, this is the first place you will find rejection. A lot of the rejection in the family can be devastating to most net workers because they believe that the family would never turn on them. They do and they will. Not all of them. But the problem with rejection is not on the relation with but courage to look, and try, something different from conventional. Some of your relatives will not be ready for change, even is a good change.

2. Rejection from friends.

Why would a close friend, or a friend, reject what you are presenting to them. They do, and they will do, because they are afraid of change or they don’t want to give the chance to succeed. I lot of problems with friends rejections is locate in the fact that few people are able to be happy for others. One thing that you will learn in this business is that, you will count on somebody else success, and this is not easy to do, your friends, or some of them, maybe will need to learn how to do that first.

How can we handle the rejection from family and friends?

a. Believe in what you know is right.
If you follow the steps on How to build you mlm from ground zero you have a solid base for why you are doing this business. Believe it. It is real. It is true.

b. Remember, not everybody is ready for change.
Some people are so used to the same that they will not want to take any effort to change, even if it is for better. That includes your family and friends.

c. People have problem with other people success.
You will find that some of your friends, and some times family, have a hard time to let your success go. They need your help to learn how somebody else success can be good to them.

Those are 2 of the rejections you will find during your work building your business. It is not a possibility. It is a reality.
Be ready to overcome them. Don’t let them define what you will be, or feel. You know what you want and why you are in this business. You can do it.
What you gain? Straight. When you go thru these rejections you become stronger to move forward.

Important decision ahead – Warm market VS Cold Market

When you get involved with MLM you start to learn new terms e meanings that if no understood correctly will drive you to big mistakes that can cost you time or even your success. Warm Market and Cold Market is one of most important concepts that you should be good at it.

During your life in network marketing (or MLM) you will be in contact with these markets and you will need to make a decision:

a. Warm Market is the best market to start with.
This is the group of people that you have some kind of relationship already establish with them. It include your family, friends, co works, employees, employers, customers, people who you have regular contact and you respect them for what they do for you or for what they mean to you.

b. Cold Market is the best market to start with.
This is the group of people that you do not have any kind of relationship yet. They usually are unknown from you yet and you will need to find a way to reach them or even to know where they are and they know what you have to offer. Every business needs to approach this market but to do it some times demand time and money. In this market you do not expect sympathy or support.

c. Both are good but you need to learn how to deal with them.
This decision can be the one you would be think is the smartest one to take, but one moment. Some people will have problems with dealing with the warmer market because they are too attached to it, rely on it too much, or is so disconnect from it that is almost a cold market, maybe for this person this is not the best market to start with. For others the cold market is a big problem to start with because she/he doesn’t feel comfort addressing people they don’t know to the point to loose any chance of connection. Another thing to take in consideration is the size of the markets. Some people have an immense warm market and would not be able to approach the cold market from the beginning.

When you are stating in this business you should take this matters to your up line and discuss with him/her what would be your best start approach. Remember each one of them will come with specific difficulties that you will need to deal with. Get ready to confront them and do not let them put you down. You can do it.

Five steps to choose the right MLM business.

One important step when you have decided that MLM is your business is to find the best business that fits you. It is not just because it is a MLM business that it will work for you, there is more than that and you should be careful when getting in a business.

These are some aspects you should take in consideration when looking for a business:

1. The product has to be something that you are comfort with.
Don’t try to get in a business where the product is something that you believe is not right. You cannot show enthusiasm or confidence when you do not agree with the product.

2. The product has to be something that is a trend in the market.
You need to be sure that what the product represents is not out-of-date. If you try to build a business with products that are no longer a need in the market or they were already replaced for something else better you will have a hard tie trying to bring people to your business.

3. The company has to offer a compensation plain that you like.
Every company has a different way to reward its distributors. You have to find the one that you think is the right way to do it. Remember you will receive based on that plan.

4. A system has to be in place.
One of the big problems when in MLM business is to know what to do first, second, and on… A lot of people quit their good company with a good product because they don’t have a system to follow. Unless you are a person who are strong enough to create your on system, knowing what you are doing, you will need help to learn what and how to do it.

5. Training has to be available.
The system that you believe is right, with the right company and the right product need to be available to you to learn. You should be able to get trained in this system and duplicate it to others. Somebody should be responsible to show you what to do.

These 5 simple steps will make much easier to you to decide what business is the right MLM business for you. The importance of get in the one that you will be able to achieve your goals is fundamental for your success.

MLM – Get started

Once you have decided what you want and which will be the company and product to help you to get there, you will need to start.

Nobody get anywhere if they don’t start to walk.

You have all that you need to do it, now get it done:

1. Talk with your up line.
Create a communication line with your up line where you can ask for help and wisdom. Your up line is the closest person to your success. He/She has the knowledge to guide you on how to get there. So talk.

2. Follow what your up line teach you.
One important point in this business is that, you want be where they are, so do what they did. Sometimes you will need to do what you don’t feel comfort with. Remember they are where you want to be, so follow their steps.

3. Get ready for change.
The most amazing thing in MLM is the change in people life. You will experience not just a change in your finances but before that you will change. The success in this business is direct related to the amount of change that you make in yourself. So get ready and enjoy it.

4. Learn how to listen.
You will need to learn how to let people talk and say what they think and listen to them. It is very important that you know that you need be aware of what they think before you can show what you have to offer. You should not try to show anything before you know what they are looking for.

5. Give first, then you will receive.
That is one idea that makes lot people think twice before continue in MLM. You are here to serve, and because of that, you have to give first. In MLM we offer the best product, the best support, the best friendship, the best business, the best training, the best people to work with, before we start to think what we will get from that, you will need to learn that give is better then receive.

You need to start to do it to have it in you. Some of the changes or challenges that you need to deal with can only be overcome by doing it. Your up line will need to show you how to do it and you will need to listen to him/her.

Building your network marketing from ground zero.

A lot of people want to be successful in network marketing, but what is needed to get there?

You can do it. What you need is to follow the steps that make a home base business the best business to be involved in and network marketing the business that will change your life.

Learn the basics for your home business success; these are the first three steps:

1. Know what you want.

A lot of people get involved in network-marketing because they don’t have anything else to be involved with and that not the correct way to do it. Network marketing is a business and as one requires that his/her owner take charge and show the direction. You cannot do it if you do not know what you want.

There are some steps that you can take to assure you have the right way of thinking:
a. Write down what you want for your life;
b. Write down how you want your business to help you get there;
c. Write down what you will need to do to make your business work for you;
d. Write down how network marketing matches your goal.

As you can see the basic secret is to write it down. The reason why you should write it down is because we can easily forget where we came from or what we were thinking when we got involved with MLM and it will keep you in track and charged because you know what you want from your business.

2. Know why you want it.

When you stop to think about why you do the things you do today the way you do it what you get as answer? Most of the people just do because they were told to do the way they are doing. Now is the time that as a businessperson you change this cycle and put some meaning to what you do. From now on you will not do things just for doing it but because they mean something to you.

Take some steps to find out your meaning:
a. Write down why you want to change your life;
b. Write down why it is important to you;
c. Write down why network-marketing is your choice to get there;
d. Write down why you believe you will succeed with MLM.

Again write it down. How many times you stop to think why am I doing it? Whatever that you are doing. It is very important to keep you and mind set in check. We function by what we believe is correct and fair, so if you do not have it clear MLM, or any other thing will loose its importance and you will quit. You need to know why you want it.

3. Know when you want it.

This is the trick one. How can you know when you want what you want for the reason you want done? Here you will need stop and seriously think. What you are looking for here are not an exact date but a time frame that you will dedicate to achieve what you want. For that you will need to be realistic regarding how long would take to accomplish that.

To help you, take some time to find it out:
a. Write down when you would like to have it accomplished;
b. Write down when would you start going after it;
c. Write down how much tie you will dedicate to do it every day;
d. Write down what you believe is necessary to achieve it on the time you set;
e. Write down what you will do first and when you will do it;
f. Write down when you will stop to reevaluate your progress.


Write it down. You will need this information as you go in your journey to success because you will need to make adjustments e correct your course during this time. Writing it down you make you think over and take it serious as a commitment with yourself.

These are the three first steps you should take when you decide start your MLM business. It will help you organize you and your work and will make it easier to measure your progress.
